We commissioned Brendan Lakin to do a painting for us in early 2009. Our specifications were minimal as we felt that Brendan was the artist and did not need too much guidance. The end result was outstanding. The colours used were perfect for us and the textures within the painting made the finished product a wonderful piece of art. We hang the painting in our home with pride and it brings the room to life. There is not one part of the painting that we dislike. It possesses the attributes that we like in a painting - lots of colour, boldness, architecture, abstractness, and it is eye catching. Brendan was able to understand his client’s needs and interpret them in a way that our wishes were fulfilled. Brendan is very talented and we are now both thrilled to have his artwork in our home.
